How to review interviews

In this video, we will explore how to use the candidate application page to unite your hiring teams around interview moments that matter.

To enable closed captioning, click settings in the lower right of the video below, and under Closed Captions, toggle the button to ON.

Candidate application page overview

  1. Access the candidate application page while on your dashboard by clicking the "View application" button on the specific interview you would like to see.
    1. Here is the candidate application page, you may view candidate information, rate the candidate, and share the candidate application page by using the features at the top of the page.
  2. If a candidate has multiple interviews for the same requisition they will be accessible within their candidate application page. To see another interview simply click into the interview tab which is labeled and dated in the top left above the recording.
  3. The recording and transcript of the interview are in the center of the page. You can view reactions from yourself and your team members on this reaction bar and you can also see on the conversation bar how much each person spoke.

How to highlight moments

  1. Find the sentence you want to react to in the transcripts.
  2. Click and drag your cursor over it.
  3. You can either click thumbs up for a positive reaction, thumbs down for a negative reaction, or use the bookmark to show a neutral moment that you'd like to remember.
  4. If you'd like to add a comment to document a thought for you to remember and your hiring team to view you can click the note icon.
  5. Toward the bottom of the page you can view your team's feedback once you have provided your own.
