0:02 In this video we are going to explore how to share an interview with the hiring manager. If the hiring manager is already in clovers, they will already have access to the recorded interview. 0:12 However, there are a few reasons why you may want to share a candidate outside the hiring team for a specific position. 0:18 Maybe the candidate was phenomenal but would be a better fit for another team. Or maybe as a recruiter, you do think they'd be great for another requisition. 0:26 These are perfect opportunities for increasing efficiencies in the hiring process and keeping good talent. Sharing a candidate interview allows the hiring manager to skip the screening process or the entire interview altogether once they watch the interview sessions already completed. 0:41 To share an interview in clovers, navigate to the candidates interview you would like to share and click on it. Once you have made it to the interview page, navigate to the share button and the top right and click on it. 0:54 Sharing internally means sharing with a clovers user, external sharing, being sharing with someone who does not yet have a clovers account. 1:02 So first, we are going to share externally. You will then be able to choose whether or not you want to send a direct link or an email straight from a clovers platform. 1:13 You can also choose when the interview expires, whether or not you want to hide the candidate's name or ask for feedback. 1:20 Once you have made your choices, click get shareable link. One will be generated for you where you can click copy. 1:27 Once copied, you can paste it into whatever form of communication you prefer like Slack, Teams, email, etc. If you prefer to send an email directly from the clovers platform, you can click email. 1:40 After making your choices, you can add in an email address along with an optional message. Clicking send email will send it straight over. 1:50 If you are sharing internally, you can either use the drop down to find your coworkers or simply type in their name. 2:02 And you can choose from there.
