Companies who do not have an ATS integration are able to manually create job requisitions, so that they can take advantage of all Clovers has to offer, without waiting for an ATS to be implemented or integrated.
How it works
For admins and enhanced users of eligible organizations, the ‘Add requisition’ button can be accessed on the Requisitions page in the upper-right hand corner. The requisitions page can be found by clicking into the briefcase icon of the green panel on the left hand side. When the ‘Add requisition’ button is pressed, you will be routed to the ‘Add new requisition’ form.
The title field has a character limit of 70 characters.
The division and location dropdowns are populated with the organizational units data that was provided to us during implementation. A job can only be assigned to one division, but can be assigned to multiple locations, in addition to flagging the job as remote.
At any point, you can also press cancel, which will return you to the requisitions tab of the homepage.
If you press cancel, or any of the navigation buttons that would cause you to leave this page, any work you’ve already entered will not be saved.
Add hiring team
Members of the hiring team can be removed by pressing the ‘X’ to the right of their name.
A job is required to have a hiring manager in order to be created. Once a hiring manager has been added, the ‘Create requisition’ button will be able to be pressed. Once pressed, the requisition will be created, and will appear in the list of requisitions on the dashboard tab. You will see a confirmation that the job has been created.
Who has access to this feature?
Only organizations who do not have an ATS integration will have the ability to manually create requisitions.
Admins are currently the only users who are able to create requisitions.
I made a mistake when creating a requisition - what should I do?
The ability to edit a job has not yet been completed. It will be available Nov 2021. You will be able to manually clean up any errors once the edit flow is available. If an edit is absolutely critical, contact your support representative and we will help correct your data.
What if I don’t see the location or division I need?
Currently, location and division can only be added during implementation. If updates need to be made to organizational units, please contact customer support.
What if I can’t see the button to create a requisition?
Double check that a) your organization does not have an ATS integration, and b) that you’re an administrator of that account. If both of those things are true, and you still cannot see the button, please contact support!
