How to submit your interview response

You will land on a welcome page once you click into the interview link provided to you by the organization to which you have applied. If a welcome message has been added to this page, please read it carefully. Click “Get Started” to move forward.

Next, you’ll arrive at a page that includes important things to keep in mind, helpful virtual interview tips, and a link to the help & support center. We highly recommend testing the video recorder in order to grant Clovers permissions to access your camera and microphone, as well as getting comfortable with the recorder before the interview starts.

Next, let us know who you are, to start recording your answers

Read the interview questions carefully and watch the video if one has been provided for you. Note the amount of time you will have to answer the question. Once you are ready to respond, click “Record”.

To record, press the red button in the center of your screen.

You will get a count down before the recording activates. A timer will start on the upper left corner showing you how much time you have left. The question will display at the bottom of the screen.

To stop recording, click the red button on the bottom center of the recording window.

Once you stop, you have the option to re-watch, re-take, or delete your recording. When you’re happy with your video, click "Continue." 

To move to the next question, click “Save and Continue.” Note that you will not be able to revisit this question once you do.

When you’ve finished answering all the interview questions, be sure to press “save and submit all responses.” Doing so will end the interview.
